I found your blog via the tag surfer on WordPress. What a cool afghan! Thanks for posting the link. I haven’t picked up a crochet hook for ages, but that’s pretty darn inspirational. Unfortunately for me, I’m probably going to have to make two or we’ll have a sibling battle royal at my house!

I also want to note, that when you print out her pattern, take the time to write in all the missing parenthesis. It cuts down on the confusion! My best friend and I did them at the same time, and that really helped us. I sent a mended copy of her pattern to Gail, but she hasn’t posted it.
